IMMUNE HEALTH & HEALING

BPC-157

What is BPC157?

BPC 157 is a synthetic peptide chain consisting of 15 amino acids sourced from human gastric juices. BPC-157 has been widely tested among animals studies and has proven to initiate healing properties and modulates inflammation.

How Does BPC 157 Work?

  • Increases angiogenesis and fibroblast activation, which is crucuial for wound healing.

  • Aids in the regeneration of damaged ligaments, tendons, muscles, and bone.

  • Signals nitric oxide pathways to improve tissue repair which are essential for improving blood flow

  • Reduces inflammation by reducing oxidative stress and supporting the body's natural inflammatory response.

  • Increase production of growth factors to involved in tissue repair and regeneration

When To Consider BPC-157:

  • GI Disorders (ex: IBS, Leaky Gut, Ulcers)

  • Soft Tissue, ligament, bone, and tendon injuries

  • Chronic Inflammatory Conditions

  • Surgical Recovery

Contraindications:

  • Active cancer due to angiogenesis properties

  • Hypersensitivity to peptide components

TB-500

What is TB500?

TB500 is a synthetic peptide chain of the naturally occurring peptide thymosin beta-4, a 43 amino acid chain. Thymosin beta-4 is found in all human and animal cells and plays an essential role in systemic soft tissue and wound healing, and inflammation modulation.

How does TB500 Work?

  • Promotes cell motility and migration essential for tissue remodeling and repair

  • Reduces inflammation, scar tissue, and fibrosis formation

  • Promotes recruitment of healing cells to site of injury to regenerate and heal tissues

  • Enhances vascular development to increase blood flow to site of injury

 When to consider TB500:

  • Muscle, tendon, or ligament injuries

  • Post-surgical healing

  • Cardiovascular repair/support

  • Chronic inflammatory or immune dysfunction

Best when paired with BPC-157 for synergistic injury and repair benefits

Contraindications

  • Active cancer

  • Severe bleeding disorders

KPV

What is KPV?

KPV is a tri-peptide (Lysine-Proline-Valine) derived from the melanocyte hormone. KPV is known for its anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties.

How does KPV Work?

  • Regulates inflammation by downregualting cyotkines

  • Reduces chronic inflammation by decreasing pro-inflammatory cytokines production

  • Supports intestinal lining and permeability

  • Mild antibacterial effects to reduce risk of infection in inflamed tissues

  • Maintains mucosal integrity

  • Protects tissues from bacterial overgrowth and microbial balance

 When to consider KPV:

  • Chronic Inflammatory Conditions: autoimmune related

  • Gut Disorders: Crohn's Disease, leaky ut syndrome

  • Skin Disorders: Eczema, psoriasis

  • Immune Supports: Immune compromised

Contraindications:

  • Active infections or on immunosuppressive therapy

  • Hypersensitivity to peptide components

TA1

What is TA1?

Thymosin Alpha-1 is a 28 amino acid peptide originally isolated from the thymus gland that plays a critical role in immune modulation. TA1 is know for it's ability to enhance immune function and reduce inflammation. Overall, TA1 improves resilience against infections , autoimmune conditions, and chronic diseases.

How does TA1 Work?

  • Activates T-cell differentiation and function

  • Modulates cytokine protection to reduce systemic inflammation and modulates immune over activation

  • Shifts immune responses toward Th1 dominance  to enhance the response against viral, bacterial, and fungal infections

  • Supports recovery in immunocompromised individuals

  • Supports recovery in chronic fatigue, Lyme disease, and long-haul viral symptoms

 When to consider TA1:

  • Immune support

  • Strengthening immune defense (oncology/vaccinations)

  • Autoimmune disorders, chronic inflammatory conditions

  • Chronic infections/recurrent infections

Contraindications:

  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding

  • Active Cancers

  • Use cautiously during auto-immune flare ups and during acute inflections

  • No advised in severe immunosuppression
